Why is this hard to place? Sounds pretty standard to me. Nothing else going on with this one?

Make sure there is nothing deeper on the depression. It is STD, if not better. Is it depression or anxiety? Go on compulife and quote her std. then submit. Without looking I would guess Genworth.

Genworth and Trans will both take this (DB too low for most). Just ran one like this the other day....Trans will come in a little cheaper....use there TransACE. Probaby standard althouhg if the BP and Cholesterol are under control you could get preferred.....the depression will be the issue...I would run Standard to be safe.

Why UL? Why not put her in a whole life? She could get a $25,000 whole life from RNA for $55/mo.

WL is more expensive. Transamerica UL will cost $40 a month at standard and $34 a month at preferred.

Yes...to age 120. Also has a guaranteed interest rate of 4%...not bad. does not accumulate much cash value, but I bet that is not what your client is looking for. Sounds like a final expense type of policy.
