Apparently this hasn't worked out as planned, which is often times the result when Gov't injects intself into the marketplace. In this case... health care, which has caused adults to drop health insurance, rendering their children without insurance, so that their child could be eligible for the states univ health plan... Net result, lots fewer Hawaiians (adults) insured in the end. Bad deal...

So 7 months, and they have scrapped the plan... Interesting, very interesting.
