Had a contact shoot me info on Molina, they are PMPM in all states but the numbers are frankly not bad and they pay on SEP. Ranged from $13.50 in Washington to $18.75 in Florida. Texas came in at $16.88. Keep in mind these are I was told agent level, do not include overrides and could be different (higher or lower) depending on who your appointment is through.

Before you ask, we cannot help with appointments as we are not a FMO, GA, MGA, etc.
