I have a client not in jail at this time. However, she got her 2nd DUI and might serve some time in 2016: does she apply, have coverage until she goes to jail, lose it while she is in jail, and reapply when she gets out ?

Who knows....helping daughter of a friend. Daughter needs to get her **** together. 30 is too old to be having DUIs.

Must be different in Georgia..Most of the DUIs I've run across around here are 40+.

Had a lady in that situation and she had been out of jail for 6 months, but the market place was showing her incarcerated..she had to get the detention center to send in docs, and it went through with no problem.

I don't know the actual age in GA, just think one would get past that early to mid 20s. I guess if you have a drinking problem it's hard to conquer.
