What's the best method to find a quality agent in my area? I'm looking to explore changing my coveredCA ppo plan and seeing what else is out there. By quality agent I mean what most people would interpret as honest, reliable, skilled , one that looks out for my best interests and of course connected enough to offer the right ppo health plan for my family.

Ask your car insurance guy for a referral.

Or Financial Planner.

We don't have a lot of So Cal agents on here regularly, no idea why, though.
