Any Info About Healthcare Solutions Team?

I am currently working for Insphere, yeah I know your favorite GA. Today I was approached by another GA called Healthcare Solutions Team, which seems a better deal for me comp-wise than Insphere. Have any of you heard anything about them, good or bad?

I haven't. Have you looked into HCO? I'm trying to figure out the same thing for myself.

From what I saw there commissions suck!

Thanks everyone for your replies. I meet with a regional manager who was an old HealthMarkets guy and it seems like it would be a better deal for me. I get 16% commission now plus bonuses and they would bring me in as an "executive" agent and I would get 17% plus bonuses. Once I write $250k I would then be a "senior" agent and be earning 20% commission plus bonuses. I would love to be independent, but I really need the advances. But I don't want to switch companies every few months.

You should have held out for "senior executive agent of the northern hemisphere" - that's starts at 17%.
