Who do you use for the lump sum cancer benefit in Florida? I have a client there that wants one for himself and his wife, I've looked at cigna and continental life. Not sure why CLI costs so much more.

A cancer plan that has to be underwritten? Beyond asking if they have had AIDs or cancer?
