Florida - Indiv. Health Insurance ???

Hello. 61 yr old male, wants to move to Florida from state where he does have health insurance. Does not meet lower income guidelines for Obamacare.

Since Florida did not expand Medicaid, which options, if any, does he have in Florida, please?

He is able to pay a reasonable premium, hopefully low.
