Individual Health Insurance Carriers in MO

I'm looking for all of the carriers that offer individual health insurance in Missouri off of the market place. This would include traditional health plans and short term plans. I know, obviously Anthem BC/BS. Humana in certain counties. Aetna in certain counties but is very expensive. UHC short term plans. Any and all information you have would be appreciated and your experience.

Only players are Cigna, Anthem, and one Coventry silver PPO.

UHC sells short term and some people have a Christian healthshare but it's not common.

Cigna by far is the lowest price but is only offered in metro areas and it has a limited network of BJC system.
