MEGA and Outstanding Claims

Had a few of these prospects lately: Families on MEGA say 2 to 3 years, horrible claims that aren't being paid for. Families are worried if they switch insurances that the claims won't be processed favorably. I tell them it doesn't matter. Either the claims are going to be paid or they are not (most likely they are not because MEGA sucks). Anyway, what is a better argument to help the families move on and convince them that staying won't make a difference. They think that by keeping the MEGA insurance that the company is going to like them more or something. What is a better rationale I can use with them? I have shared I have had many MEGA clients jump ship after wrangling with MEGA for months or even years regarding claims with the majority of the time to no favorable resolution. Is there a better sales rationale to make them understand its time to MOVE ON?
