Nevada Outside Open Enrollment ???

At the office today and just heard (not sure if its true) that you can write INDI Health in Nevada outside of open enrollment is possible and done all the time?

Apparently, there is a 90 wait period (outside of OE ???).

Anyone hear of this???

I believe NV has always been year round IFP enrollment under Obamacare.

Seems there was discussion that some carriers are not paying commissions on IFP in NV going forward. Check with Insurance Concepts Cindy, she writes IFP in NV (or did anyway).
