No. It's not necessary. We are happy to train agents that are new or struggling with making sales in their home state. It's a big part of what we do here. We have a mentor program for agents that need more individualized assistance.

We also have training classes on setting appointments, pre-qualifying, presenting and closing for agents of all experience levels.
