You're right coposcopy or whatever is performed for dysplasia to freeze the pre-cancerous cells.

I had the Exact same thing happen with Coventry 2 months ago. Declined for abnormal pap smear. Luckily I got this lady covered by UHC with immediate issue.

Update : Coventry has requested a new application and overturned their original decision. That is the craziest thing I have ever heard. My only assumption is that NO ONE looked at the supplemental information sent in.

I guess this is the 1% of when the client is right and not the insurance company.
