Yes Rick...As one of the 100 original members, you have the misfortune of the annual fees, but of course...your 100 shares of Lucent are probably worth quite a bit.

I'll take lead #2 2 if it is still up for grabs for NY.

I took a quick look at your site and saw that you offer several different type of leads that can be provided. I focus only on Medicare Insurance. Do you provide these type of leads?
If so please email me some information on getting started and the qualifiers I can select. I work the entire state of NY but live in Western New York area. Most of my focus is in WNY.

When it comes to internet leads, any time you are willing to work the entire state of NY (and are willing to take considerable volume) for medicare supplement or health insurance, ask for a discount on the leads!

There was also that $500 up-front fee, something like mostchoice but actually providing value.
Rick
Rick was a customer of MostChoice.com briefly in 2004. He has had no contact with MostChoice.com since that time. While entitled to his opinion, MostChoice.com unequivocally disagrees with Rick and further states that Rick's opinion appears to be based more on personal differences with the owner of MostChoice.com, than with the leads of MostChoice.com. For more information on MostChoice.com Leads, please go to the insurance leads page of the MostChoice.com website.

What do you call cut and paste posts that appear over and over on a forum?
I think most of us call that SPAM and the person doing that should either get a time-out or be banned.
By the way, Mike mentioned PMs. I wrote him a PM in response to a post where he said he would personally pay the $500 I paid to his company if I'd go away. Privately I accepted his offer. He then called it extortion. I though I was just responding to his offer.

Rick
While not exactly what I said in that post, your description is still Blackmail. Regardless, what I said was that even if I paid you the money you would still continue to harass me. That is not an offer. That is an explanation of one of the reasons why I won't just pay you off.
Also, I have the right to respond to your attacks on my company and my character. Further, my responses are not "copy and paste." If anyone should be banned, it should be you for violating the rule regarding harassment. Now that you have admitted to Blackmail, maybe the moderator will finally kick you out of here before you get this website in trouble. I imagine your obscenities alone have already gotten it penalized with the search engines.
Your a bully Rick. Face it. It's been 5 years and you are still harassing me. If you had been a customer a year ago, it might be acceptable to keep harping on it. 5 years later, its just a vendetta and it's obvious.
BTW, why don't you bother saying in your posts that you have not been a customer in 5 years? That seems important. If your really trying to help people and not just hurt me, why don't you ever mention that?
Re: Health Insurance Leads! Telemarketed!Go to Top
I was a customer 5 years ago with MostChoice and found that their leads sucked. Perhaps they are better now but I was treated so poorly that I suggest that anyone looking for a lead company, look elsewhere.
Their owner posts on this forum quite often and based upon what I have read, I would still not recommened them. (He also doesn't know the difference between "your" and "you're."
This is my personal opinion from someone who has been in the insurance business since 1976.

Rick
That's a good start.
Now explain how briefly you were a customer. Then explain why it is that you care so much that 5 years later you follow me around in this forum and make these statements - all over $500 - when you have been in the insurance business since 1976!
Seems to me like this is really a personal issue between me and you. The leads don't have anything to do with it, do they?

Just stating my opinion about your company. I'd hate to see a new person think they can get quality leads from you.
It never started out as personal until you lied about how my credit card was maxed out, that I was reported to the DOI, etc. I never said you personally gave me crappy leads, but that your company did. You, as the owner of the company, are responsible for the actions of your staff, the promises made, etc.
You hammed the nail in the mostchoice coffin when you submitted all those bogus lead requests. If the fine doesn't kill the company, perhaps the legal bills will.
You should have refunded the balance of my deposit when I tried (and tried, and tried) to cancel the service. But you insisted on sending me crappy leads (after crap, after crap) until you exhaused my deposit. I would have posted how honest you were had you done that 5 years ago.
I wonder how much business you've lost because of my posts and those of others on this board. I'm guessing a whole lot more than $500.

Your amazing Rick. You just don't know when to shut up.
We followed the contract, which you signed. I run a business. I can't disregard contracts. They must be followed to the letter. This is what your credit card company told you as well. There was nothing personal on my end. I wasn't even involved.
This was a simple contractual issue that you lost. I didn't even remember you until I started posting on this board and you came out of nowhere telling me you had a grudge and were going to "get me back" for it. Now you have posted an admission to accomplishing that and your taking some pride in it. Smart. Real Smart.
Do yourself a favor and just drop it. Don't mention me or my company ever again in a post and I won't mention you. Deal?
