I am losing my grandfathered plan effective 1/1/16. I just received a recommended renewal plan from Sierra Health. $10,000 of EME CYD per family then 30% of EME after CYD paid by member. My question is there is no maximum out of pocket limit. How is that possible? I can't reach them until Monday but this seems insane

In network should be $6,850 X 2 for a family OOP Max. Sounds like a Bronze plan with that CYD.

Aetna is ending individual grandfathered plans.

"Your particular grandfathered health insurance plan will no longer be offered.
Your current coverage will end on December 31, 2015 and you will need to
select a new ACA health plan for 2016."

Nothing is impossible as we have all seen in the past couple of years.

Grandfather plans will end they cannot survive without new policy's in that block of business.
