ACA Express Redirect?

Does ACAExpress require a redirect to healthcare.gov for subsidy eligibility like every other platform? I know it didn't last year but I believe that was mandated by CMS for all third-party platforms. I only ask this because the demo on their site doesn't mention it. If I could enroll folks in just 2 minutes that would be amazing. The redirect is what slows everything down.
