Only on this forum, can we take an email that only talks about ceasing commissions on SEP business, and requiring off exchange apps be done over the phone..................into........."they're removing all plans from HC.gov !!"

BCBSAZ is no longer listed on Healthcare.gov for SEP enrollments??? That's how most people (especially the cheaters) will enroll.

If they have any brains at all, BCBSAZ will disappear from Healthcare.gov on March 1, 2016. This is the only way to significantly reduce 5.1.2016 SEP enrollments.

How do you buy insurance if you live in a county where NO health insurance company is selling plans? Perhaps Medicaid is made available to all residents of those counties?
