A Detailed Analysis of the Republican Alternative to Obamacare from Bob Laszewski

This is DOA..........................................................................

Anybody can clearly see this would result in less people being covered and going back to crappy NASE type plans....ugh! (Spit)

Hey Pubs 1999 is on the phone and they want their ideas back.

There has been a lot of talk about changing the Tax Code for many years, but nothing gets done, because there would be too many losers. Making changes to the now-entrenched ACA that take away benefits won't get far either.

There is lots of good stuff in the Republican proposal but it will probably never happen.

One change I want to see is a true Catastrophic level plan that can be purchased by everyone-$10K deductible and $10K MOOP, HSA compatible, it would attract healthy people in droves and the premiums would probably be much lower than Bronze and Silver plans (and current Catastrophic plans) because of that.

Agree!

Congress should pass this right now and put it on the President's desk for signature.
