Federal government rejects Texas insurance waiver - Houston Chronicle

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — The federal government on Friday rejected a request by Texas to be excluded from a new law that would limit how much health insurance companies can spend on overhead.
The law is part of the Affordability Care Act, changes made in federal health care law in 2010 that Texas officials say is unconstitutional. It requires health insurers to spend at least 80 percent of their revenue on providing health care or health improvement programs.

And, Davy and the boys aren't around to help pull their chestnuts out of the fire this time.

Maybe we need to send a new batch of leaders down there, they aren't doing so well. Thompson isn't up to much these days, maybe he'll go?

Paybacks are hell.

Ron Paul does have one thing right. Send some politicians to the moon.

So not declaring war constitutionally isn't right?
Not having oversight on the Federal Reserve that destroys our standard of living by giving big foreign banks money via printing the money isn't right?
Letting states opt out of Obamacare isn't right?

Bob you should research his positions more. There's a reason why he gets 75% of ALL military donations which is 3x the whole GOP combined (when their were 9 candidates, so that number has gone up)...
