I registered for first time and got bumped off CMS MLMS system throughout the process. Finally finished and screen said all identity proofing and Individual & FF SHOP classes completed. Printed certificates of completion for individual & shop but bottom says registration incomplete. Had to contact help desk who referred to someone else. The registration screen also says 100% complete. What a pain?
