Unfortunately, many Americans do not have access to the mental health and substance use treatment services they need. Quality, affordable coverage can be hard to find and insurance companies can arbitrarily limit care for behavioral health disorders.

Here's the theory; when smokers, alcoholics, and substance abusers get "free" preventative treatment it'll save untold millions down the road.

I also find it ironic that this web chat was held at 530pm on the east coast when most folks are in their car headed home and the rest of the country is still at work. In other words, this had to be planned out where most people wouldn't be able to attend. No wonder they had to end the chat so quickly!
