I have 9 apps in Health sherpa in the pending status. Of those 9, 3 have letters of eligibility, but all are still in pending. I have not been charged for any of these 9, so I assume they have not been officially submitted to HC.gov and enrolled. My credentials have been certified on the settings page. I have emailed HS and called HS twice (on hold for 5 minutes then straight to voicemail).
Any one have advice on getting apps out of the "pending" status? I am wondering if I have to delete those apps and resubmit them.
I championed them early this summer, but have been very disappointed with their lack of customer service during AEP.

Well, Sunday it looks like all my apps were sent to HC.gov and processed. Looks like each one when through correctly. Hopefully the next apps will be quicker.
