So exactly what is Holland's effective tax rate?

ALL of Europe has VERY high taxes and health care is RATIONED this is a concept Americans do not understand. People want service NOW and god forbid someone has to wait 3 hours for an appointment. Americans are VERY demanding on our health care system and wouldn't put up with a European type system.

People do not understand the concept that the government has NO business in health care - this includes CHIP. FREE markets are the ONLY solution. How many people on CHIP have cell phones? Virtually ALL of them - sorry if you can afford a CELL PHONE I am sick of subsidizing your health insurance - this is unacceptable.

How many of these UNINSURED people have CELL PHONES? Virtually 100%. How many have CAR PAYMENTS? The vast majority. Average cell phone bill is $50-60/mo , average car payment is $550. (and you do not NEED a car payment - there are plenty of good used cars on the market for cash).

Americans see NO value in their Health Insurance and 90% of them don't even know the "true" cost anyhow since it is employer subsidized, prices are hidden, and you can not shop around like you can any other item in America.
