Ok, here goes. So, it's my understanding that many here in the forum and across are unsure about writing policies under ACA. So, with that said, if indy agents are reluctant to write due to the complexity and ambiguity of compensation on commissions and renewals and navigators are consultants and not writers who will write them? Carrier telesales?
