Anyone having difficulty submitting thru Sherpa recently?

We get to the very end of the application ( after the redirect ) and
get the dreaded death spiral. The application finally goes thru and then in
the dashboard the app is pending. If you submit at that point the
subsidy is all screwed up and the app needs to be re-done.

This is happening every day for the last two weeks 50% of the time.

Why would you send a pp through Sharpa when your not getting paid?


Some companies in some states are still paying commissions, Sam. Besides, if a Republican is elected President, there's a good chance we'll be able to re-write our 0% SEP clients, and get paid for doing so.

HealthSherpa is still good for quoting, but running apps through at this point is fraught with problems. Last week, a referral started at Sherpa, got transferred to HC.gov, but was never routed back to Sherpa. She finally had to start over from scratch and do everything at HC.gov from start to finish.

I think HealthSherpa is on auto-pilot (for better or worse) until the next Open Enrollment.

Explain that one? You think an ACA repeal (Cruz, Trump are running on it) means we will re-write our book AND the carriers are going to start paying again?

Imo, there will be underwriting again for those seeking a lower premium.
 
Important System Update
When you enroll a client on HealthSherpa, we send two emails on your behalf to the customer: "Your Application Has Been Submitted" and "Congrats, You are Enrolled". Previously, these emails had your email address in the "from" field. Our email provider no longer allows that moving forward, per their updated terms and conditions. These emails must now have a HealthSherpa email address in the "from" field.


Your email address will still be in the "Reply-to" field.
If the customer clicks "reply" on either of the two emails we send out on your behalf, their message will be sent directly to you. Furthermore, these emails to your consumers will still feature your name, company and contact information prominently. It will be clear that YOU are their agent and point of contact.
