Not for 2016, but I am taking 2015 for my LLC in order to satisfy Healthnet. I saw a notice that 2016 certification will come out in July.

Since this was again hit very hard in the Certification training for 2016 I'm wondering what document you are giving out to your clients?

I'm still using the one listed above but wondered if anyone has something better or more extensive?

Anyone have a standard website privacy notice statement (PNS - I just made up this acronym) that I can use or reference, that is ACA compliant??

Then provide link to PNS in every email.
