SHOP Group Health Plan Issues

I have written several SHOP group health plans for 1/1/15. As you know, everything is handled via HC dot gov. We have 1 carrier participating in WV. The carrier can offer zero details as far as ID cards, policy certificates, etc.

Can anyone shed some light on what is happening with your respective states, carriers, etc.

I can't even determine simple information and the SHOP call center is closed today.
