What States Are Still Paying

Only UHC subsidiary Harken Health in Illinois, and it's just in Cook county..which is mostly Chicago. Even though it's labeled as 4% commission, I have yet to be paid for any of the enrollments.

Edit to add: Now I see that the clients have vanished into thin air.. WTF?!?! Well, it's time to inflict some self-torture and pain by calling United Health Care to find out why. (Harken defers to parent for all broker issues)

Almost positive harken went to zero on Jan 1st

yes, technically two carriers

Technically, no. They are the same company- Health Plan of Nevada is the HMO, Sierra is the PPO and they are both owned by United Health Care. All 3 logos are on every piece of plan material. So one company- 3 names.
