What States Are Still Paying

For IFP, we have one carrier in AZ paying commissions, but their on-exchange HMO has a small network. Their off-exchange options are only bronze or CAT, both paying only 2% commission. All other carriers are at 0%.

Only UHC subsidiary Harken Health in Illinois, and it's just in Cook county..which is mostly Chicago. Even though it's labeled as 4% commission, I have yet to be paid for any of the enrollments.

Edit to add: Now I see that the clients have vanished into thin air.. WTF?!?! Well, it's time to inflict some self-torture and pain by calling United Health Care to find out why. (Harken defers to parent for all broker issues)

Agents did this to themselves by hustling business that was not legit SEP business

I believe the guilty parties were hc.gov more than agents.

Beyond that, I don't see agent blame for the loss of commissions. Carriers did some really stupid things that created this mess.
