I did the online study course and I have failed on the exam once with 48%. I am in doubt whether to attend a training school and go through the entire study (52 hours of Pre-Licensing course) and then the cram course or to go to the cram course only. What do you think if I do only the cram course will it be enough to pass the test?

Find a computer-based self test and determine where your weaknesses are. Then make a decision based on your results and weaknesses.

Yep, the practice tests are what you need to do, multiple times. The cram session is probably decent, but the practice tests will make you pass.

I doubt attended the class will help as much as you think. Maybe... but if you run through some practice tests, you'll do well.

Did I mention, you should do some practice tests?

What course did you take? IMO, Mike Russ is the bomb and if you do take a crash course, I would go there. I passed the tests on my first attempts and feel I scored pretty well.

I took the ExamFX Interactive Online Training course. My question is if I take only the cram course will I be ready to pass the real exam?

Mike Russ was good. Used them for Life, P&C and I think my 6, 25 years ago. 30 year old with a construction back ground. Passed first time. They are good at what they do.

Get a CD and do the practice test many times, you will pass without additional courses.
