Help-leads From Website & Do Not Call List???

[COLOR=black]As some of us have quotit and norvax quoting engines on our sites which provide names, and phone numbers of the prospecting looking to purchase insurance. As you know as insurance agents are suppose to follow the DO NOT CALL LIST and NOT call numbers on the list or face a fine of over $10,000.00. I have noticed that 9 out of 10 contacts that are generated in my website leads are on the do not call list which leaves me in a tight spot as I really cant do much to help them or help myself to a sale. What do you guys do about this and how can you advice me?[/COLOR]

Read the law - you have 90 days to call them on a consumer inquiry they initiated.

In addition Insurance agents in general under some circumstances are exempt from the federal and possibly state DNC as well. Goes back to the McCain Ferguson Act where the feds supposedly can not regulate the business on insurance (this will change soon).

Short answer call within 90 days.
