Help For New Mexico Customer on Cobra

Hey all,
I need some help. Someone near and dear to me is coming off of Cobra with BCBS on 3/31. She has horrible health history, so she would not qualify for individual health on her own.

I am really looking for someone that is licensed in NM to take care of her.

What are her options?

Huh? I am not sure what "hippa" means. I know what hippa means, but I dont see how it relates to this.

I am very green when it comes to this, so any help would be appreciated.
