Help with Term for Disabled Person Go to Top

Can some experts help me. I have a friend who's in a wheelchair.(paralized waist down from a motorcycle accident
10yrs. ago) but otherwise very healthy, no meds or anything. I quoted hartford and they classify him as an 8
So its very expensive for term. anybody know of some more
Carrieers that will rate him less.
