She would have to pull a rabbit out of the hat at this point. If she had been losing by smaller margins then it might be one thing. Sure, you can show a theoretical scenario where she can turn it around but the odds are all against her now.
It is a great time for Obama's wife too because this is the first time in her life that she is proud to be an American. I guess if you husband were not winning the country would still be a total dump.

CNN ran the math this morning - in order for her to go into the convention with more delegates she'd have to win every remaining primary by 75%. Impossible.
However, in order for Obama to secure the amount of delegates required to avoid a brokered convention he'd have to win every primary with 65% - also not gonna happen.
So this is going to the convention. At the convention both of them will have to convince the delegates that they are the best canditate and can beat McCain.
However, if Obama has a clear majority of delegates and at least a 10% lead in the popular vote, Dems will go nuts if Hillary get the nomination because she can sway the delegates to vote for her. That would really expose a huge weakness in the Democratic primary process and they'd have lots of 'splain to do.
This is why Hillary needs to at least be very close to Obama with both the popular vote and delegates to have any shot.
What you are about to see is Hillary will be ready to destroy the Democratic party by pulling out every trick in the book. She will never concede. She'll embarass the country just like Gore.
For those of you who don't remember Gore demanded a recount in Fl - which he got....and lost. Right at that moment he should have conceded. Instead, he choose to hire attornies go crazy.
Watch Hillary with the exact same mentality.

Wow....very interesting. I don't see the Clinton machine going down without a fight. The whole thing is kinda scary because it makes me think McCain will beat the pants off of either Dem.
Oh wait, Cynthia McKinney is running on the Green Party ticket, maybe this will be HER year!
Why is it that Obama and Oprah suddenly take on thick African American accents during a campaign speech. It is sooo obviously fake it can only make them look phonier than they already are. They are trying to sound like MLK. I never heard them sound this way up here in the North, just in the bible belt. Now they are using it more often everywhere. They really lose credibility not using their regular voices. You would think they would have learned from John Kerry's good-ol-boy, "I'm a hunter just like you guyz" routine in Ohio. It virtually lost him the election and made him the laughing stock at gun shops around the nation. This is becoming the American Idol election. McCain will benefit as long as they act like they are giving the "I have a Dream Speech" after every primary victory. What a joke.

Yeh, I don't know how this whole superdelegate thing works though. If Obama gets withing striking distance of the number needed and then the superdelegates or the ones committed to edwards cross over does that still mean a brokered convention. I don't know. That's not a loaded I don't know, just a simple I don't know. I am thinking that Hillary will be in a position of either conceding gracefully or going down hard but either way she is not going to make it. I cant think of any scenario where Obama is going to go in with that many delegates and with the popular margins as wide as they are starting to be and then she is going to reverse the tide. Hard to imagine.
It's getting to be game time for Hillary. Put your helmets on for the incoming slime that she will be wiping on Obama via her surrogates.
Ralph Nader's a "write-in" Green Party candidate, I believe.
And yes, that was Ms. McKinney. You got a problem wit dat? She had changed her hairstyle and wasn't wearing her ID card. Then got upset because they didn't recognize her.
SHE IS SO IMPORTANT...TO THE PLANET - MAKE THAT THE UNIVERSE!!!

I'm feeling the love....
It's like, it's like, she is the only who understands. If she were in Washington again we wouldnt have any wars or poverty. I think I am in love with her. I know you can feel my pain.
I can see her and Charles Barkley running for the white house...

Now, if we're talking the Reverend Al, or Reverend Jesse, I think we'd have something to talk about.
By the way, doesn't it strike anyone else as HILARIOUS that Jesse Jackson Jr. (yes, that would be the Reverend Jackson's son!) thinks that Obama is the first black man running for the Presidency????
That would be the ticket of the century. I am just glad they are both democratic and not bringing down the republican party.

I had to laugh. Sadly, the Republican Party is bringing itself down. The Dems will win the popular vote and most likely the electoral college. There doesn't seem to be any other way. There will be a lot of unemployed poor people without healthcare voting this time around...
