Hi all-
I'm quoting a home appraiser and IM isn't very competitive vs. UC. Do you suggest Guardian? I want to get a few extra quotes.

Also, his wife is a public school teacher and IM won't even cover her. Kinda surprising. UC had no problem. Has anyone else quoted a public school teacher?

Also, I think own occ is important for both. What does everyone think about residual? Do you quote on every quote? I'm thinking that it's very important since most can recover from a disability yet have difficulty getting back to pre-disability income level.
