How to get contracted with health companies

With the turmoil in the MA market we are considering transitioning into the health market for both individuals and small business. Who do we need to talk to?

I think we have an agent or 2 that writes biz in NC on the forum. Seems like your choices are Blue or Blue.

I write in Florida . . . who would you recommend? I have a large Medicare biz so I can't be captive which seems to be the requirement w/ Blue. Are they all requiring you to be captive?
