I think we have an agent or 2 that writes biz in NC on the forum. Seems like your choices are Blue or Blue.

I write in Florida . . . who would you recommend? I have a large Medicare biz so I can't be captive which seems to be the requirement w/ Blue. Are they all requiring you to be captive?
