Does Humana have a good network of preferred providers in Florida? I have clients as snowbirds in Wisconsin who want to know if they have an emergency in FL if they will be able to find in network providers? Ideas please, thanks!

A true medical emergency turns all providers into par providers.

Humana is very prevalent in FL. However, your clients need to be on the choice care network to have nationwide coverage for Humana. If your client is not on the choice care network and has an emergency, they should be treated as if in-network. However, it is up to discretion of the carrier what is considered an emergency.
