Is there any hope of getting 50k of life coverage for a guy witk a DUI(5 years ago) who has not gotten his license back?

If he is off of probation for more than 12 months then many carriers will take him. If he is still on probation, then I don't know of any that will go to that face amount

try Assurity SIWL To 50K to age 65 We did one that had a felony DUI.

We also have had good luck with West Coast. But $100,000 minimum I think.

Perhaps you could split up the face amount with 2 different carriers who wouldn't check his dmv record.

He has not paid the fines at the DMV to do so.

No other issues at all? Might be able to get a standard or standard plus with some companies. Best to send out a pre-screen to multiple companies' underwriters and get an actual response instead of just putting in an app and hoping it works. A lot of companies have $100k minimums though.

I am going to have to concur on Briko, on the other hand, perhaps he detests gov't....and refuses to pay, to wit, he is walking or biking everywhere....
