For 2017 AmBetter will expand to Dupage county. They are adding 4 hospitals as well. Northwest Community was mentioned before, Little Company of Mary Hospital in Oak Lawn - this is in Cook county. In Dupage there will be Edward Hospital, and Elmhurst Memorial. Will see if this is going to have the same impact on subsidy clients as it has had on Cook county residents.

A dirt-cheap DuPage Ambetter Silver plan will slash the DuPage county APTC/subsidy like it did in Cook county this year. With BCBS-IL going up more than 35%, this subsidy reduction will generate a lot anger for current BCBS-IL customers in DuPage, who will see their subsidy cut, along with a premium increase on their BCBS plan. A double whammy.
Yep, what has happened in Cook, now is going to Dupage. Also, AmBetter will not offer Bronze Plan in Illinois for 2017.
