Blue Cross Letter Question

A fellow agent told me that we were suppose to send a signed paper that BCBS sent us in order to keep selling with Blue Cross. Does anybody know what the hell he is talking about? I certified with the marketplace in September and was told I didn't have to send anything in. Did anybody else get this letter with this September 27th or 28th deadline.

I haven't heard anything about any letter. If that would be true BCBS of IL would mention via emails or during meetings they're having now.

The last time Blue Cross required our signature on the letter you're referencing was for 2015 Open Enrollment. Since then, they just check the Marketplace completion list to verify that we're certified.

Your friend might be seeing something that's outdated. Check with him again, Sam.
