Incoming Call Manager

Hi,

I'm looking for a software solution that handles incoming calls and using Caller ID links them to Outlook (or another CRM). What I'm trying to achieve is to have calls go through my computer modem and automatically bring up a client record for the person calling, instead of me having to manually search a database for the contact info. I also want computer based voicemail integrated. I use POTS not VOIP. Does anyone use a system that does this?

You can do this very easy with ACT!

I believe Goldmine can do this as well but ACT! has more add ons and seems to work better in our industry IMHO.

Side note you can pick up ACT! real cheap on Ebay.

Thanks for the tip. I will search for Act and the Add-on. Do you have personal experience with Act? How difficult is it to customize?
