Independent Agencies in California

I am new to the industry and I am in a very unique situation as I am starting a huge professional network within our church. Our church is very large at around 5000 members and there are a great deal of customers for auto insurance that I can acquire. I worked for a broker here in San Diego but did not feel well trying to get $500 broker fees and am now looking for an honest broker/agency who has a good deal of product to offer and will pay good commission and will work with me on the business that I bring in. Any info would be great!

We have many companies for preferred and non preferred customers. I wanted to ask you what exactly your looking for, i think we can help you get started and turn your prospects into customers. Are you looking to work from home or do you have an office space? Do you want to keep your book of business? What type of commission are you looking for?

Hello Ellen, thanks for the reply! I am most definitely going to need as many preferred and non preferred choices as possible as there will be a vast array of people with both good and bad mvr's. I am looking to work from home as I dont have a brick and mortar. I am looking to be able to keep my book of business as I am a go-getter and I know I will do well. Eventually, I would like to turn the BOB into my own agency but in the meantime, I can make both of us some good money if you would be willing to work with me on commissions.
