Index annuities in Illinois

Interesting forum...Glad I found it.

Was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of an index annuity available in Illinois that offers a high point to point participation rate linked to the S&P 500?

It seems like most of these have dramatically reduced their percentages down to 30-40% participation....

Any and all ideas would be helpful.

There are other places that have solid information of annuities but this tends to be the best of the best. Jack Marrion is consider the best when it comes to annuities.
