I have a client, 52y/o 5'4 292lbs...a doctor no less and wants to put $1500 mo. into IUL but of course declined already for height/weight. Any carriers more lenient or past a table H

She can get a lot of the benefits by owning the policy, she does not need to be the insured.
 
Or she could lose a little weight. It would also be in her own best interest and would not be a bad suggestion. It would raise her chances of approval and lower her premiums if weight is her only issue. That way you would be looking out not only for her health but also for her bank account. Just another suggestion.
 
Its usually best to work with 'what is' rather than try to change things later. Generally speaking, people don't change and health only gets worse over time.
