If I remember correctly, their Variable Loan Option has no Cap on the interest rate charged.
Is that correct? If so, that would be a huge reason not to sell the product.
The variable doesn't have a cap but it gives the option to switch to fixed in mid loan without paying off said loan.
They now have a fixed "indexed loan" which is 5% and full participation in the index.
