Maybe someone will make an app with ER pricing so you can have a heart attack while you're still there and be admitted without ever having to leave.

But what if the ER down the street has a lower price? Ask the ambulance to take you there instead?

Then you'd have to re-calculate and see if the additional $800 ambulance ride two blocks away is worth it.
