I have been losing a lot of business. Now I know why. This just confirmed.

The rep told me today that any business that we wrote during open enrollment, but since has had any corrections made on the policy, will get a new start date and no commissions will be paid on those policies after the re-date.
Changes or corrections such as –
Income change for figuring subsidy – rewritten, re-dated, no commission.
Middle initial corrected – rewritten, re-dated, no commission.
Address changed – rewritten, re-dated, no commission.
Change telephone number, changed name, added baby, Etc. Etc.

I am loosing about 13 cases a month to this. This is just theft.

That's Total Bull Sh!t That being said I was told by my rep you will get paid the renewals, we will see next year.

I am not seeing this. I even went back and checked on one's that I knew were changed via the 834 file and I am getting paid on those.

Is your rep via an FMO or direct?
