Info on Assurant/RX Discount?

Does anyone know exactly what the prescription discount is on the Assurant Catastrophic plan? The plan outline claims it has a discount plan, yet the only information I can find is the rx disount card is issued through Medco. I need to know what the average discount is through medco.

Just a guess, but I assume 3%-12%.
