I understand theres an open enrollment in November?

What companies offer HSA's to individuals in the state of Florida?

HSA's are usually offered by banks. Some carriers own a bank to facilitate the HSA. I don't know of any carriers that offer HSA's internally.

You don't buy an HSA. First you take out an HSA qualified insurance plan. THen you open an HSA at a financial institution that offers them. You then contribute to the plan. All it is is a special type of tax qualified savings plan.

I deduced from his oep comment that he was looking for hdhp not the bank account. Any moron knows banks can sell across state lines.
