Security Health Advisors, US Health Advisors, USHA, Freedom Life...they use all of these names interchangeably when trying to hire unsuspecting recruits. The current leaders that run this operation (since 2009) are very smart and have deep pockets. They ran NACE/Midwest National life/Alliance for Affordable Services until their "number was up" due to consumer education and true information spread on the web. This time around, they have been clever enough to have paid millions of dollars to (consumer advocate) websites in order to keep the truth from being posted about them or spreading to fast.
The USHA offers all types of plans, but heavily promotes the limited benefit plans as they are affordable and pack a large commission. The agents are usually new to the industry and do not actually know what they are selling. The horrific part of those plans is the lifetime Cap of 5 million. One could easily hit the 5 million in about 7-8 months with a serious injury/illness and then the insurance would no longer cover them. This protective clause on the insurance companies behalf is why they can afford to pay hefty commissions.
They do offer leads, but there is favoritism towards friends and family members that work in each and every branch. The majority of agents must fight for old leads and unqualified leads, which eventually results in low production. When the agents are terminated for low production, the company finds "some" reason to keep their last check.
I urge you to look up the other names (N.A.C.E.)mentioned when doing research because these guys know how to cover their tracks. They even have employees at the home office hired specifically to join websites such as this one and masquerade as an old agent that has good and bad to say(it make's it more believable and appear as honest) ...but the bad is not really bad at all and the good gushes on forever.
